Lateral Internal Sphincterotomy

A small cut is made in the internal sphincter (anal muscle) so as to break the anal spasm associated with anal fissures.

Botox Injection

Injection of Botox into the anal sphincter muscle to relieve the anal spasm from the anal fissure.

Endocutaneous Advancement Flap

Using some skin near the anal canal to patch up the anal skin tear (anal fissure).
